Παράδοση βιβλίων – Αποστολή εγγράφων
Τα βιβλία που αγοράζει ο πελάτης θα παραδίδονται στην διεύθυνση την οποία ο πελάτης κατά την εγγραφή του δηλώνει ως διεύθυνση παραλαβής. Στον πελάτη θα παραδίδεται επίσης αντίγραφο του τιμολογίου πώλησης και του δελτίου αποστολής. Οι παραδόσεις θα γίνονται επί αποδείξει, με υπογραφή του παραλήπτη επί των σχετικών εγγράφων.

Μπορείτε να επιλέξετε ανάμεσα σε τρεις τρόπους αποστολής.

1. Με Μεταφορική Courier (κόστος 4€ για όλη την Ελλάδα)
2.Για παραγγελίες από εξωτερικό, θα γίνει ενημέρωση με email για το τελικό κόστος των μεταφορικών

Χρόνος αποστολής/παράδοσης

Κύριο μέλημα του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος pyrinoskosmos.gr αποτελεί η άρτια και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του. Οι παραγγελίες αποστέλλονται από την εταιρεία μας την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα (πρωινή ώρα), από την ημέρα της παραγγελίας σας, εφόσον έχει καταχωρηθεί έως τις 20:00 εργάσιμης ημέρας και δεν υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα στη διαθεσιμότητα ή άλλη αιτία καθυστέρησης.

Ο χρόνος παράδοσης των παραγγελιών εντός Ελλάδας εξαρτάται από την εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών και είναι συνήθως 1-3 εργάσιμες ημέρες. Για τις αποστολές σε απομακρυσμένες-δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές μπορεί να επιμηκυνθεί ο χρόνος παράδοσης κατά 4 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Σε περίπτωση που κάποιο βιβλίο δεν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμο, θα ενημερώνεστε έγκαιρα από το τμήμα παραγγελιών για τον εκτιμώμενο χρόνο παράδοσης. Όπως επίσης θα ενημερώνεστε μέσω email ή τηλεφωνικά σε περίπτωση που κάποιο βιβλίο έχει εξαντληθεί και δεν είναι πλέον διαθέσιμο. Η επιβεβαίωση της διαθεσιμότητας των βιβλίων γίνεται την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα. Εφόσον έχετε ενημερωθεί για την μη διαθεσιμότητα του βιβλίου η παραγγελία σας αυτόματα θα ακυρώνεται.

Aποστολές σε χώρες εκτός Ελλάδας - international shipments

Για αποστολές σε χώρες εκτός Ελλάδας, το κόστος των μεταφορικών διαμορφώνεται σύμφωνα με τον όγκο και το βάρος της παραγγελίας. Κατόπιν ολοκλήρωσης της παραγγελίας θα λάβετε ενημέρωση για το κόστος των μεταφορικών μέσω e-mail ή/και τηλεφωνικά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
